• Job Details:• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. • Preparing subcontractor invoices and client invoices. • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. • Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project. • Measuring and valuing the work done on site. • Develop and maintain project cost and schedule information and reporting system • Working on ERP system – Oracle Software. • Prepare Monthly Cost Report for each items. • Prepare Operating & Financing Cash Flow. • Earned Value Report (BAC, EAC, AC, PV, CPI, and SPI).

QS and Cost Controller EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:#General info: Project : Telecom Egypt Club (WE) at Maddi ,Cairo Owner : Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Consulting : Engineering Consulting Bureau (ECB) General Contractor : Al Masrya for Management ,Services and Maintenance Subcontractor : El Marwan for General Contracting • Preparing as built drawings for work. • Responsible of preparing all quantity surveying works. • Preparing all documents, method statement and shop drawings. • Preparing owner, contractor and sub-contractors payment requests (Invoices). • Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works. • Assisting in preparing coordination drawings between civil and MEP works.
