• Job Details:1. Strategic Financial Planning • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's industrial objectives. • Forecast cash flows, ensuring the company maintains optimal liquidity to support operations and investments. • Design, manage, and monitor annual budgets, and provide variance analysis to guide decision-making. 2. Financial Control and Governance • Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, cash management, and fixed asset management. • Establish and enforce strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. • Conduct periodic audits and internal reviews to identify and rectify discrepancies. 3. Industrial Cost Management • Accurately determine product costing by analyzing direct and indirect production expenses. • Lead cost optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. • Monitor production processes and compare actual manufacturing costs against standard costs to identify variances. 4. Financial Reporting and Compliance • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). • Deliver regular financial reports and business insights to senior management and the Board of Directors. • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. 5. Financing and Investment Management • Assess and manage the company’s capital requirements to support growth and operational activities. • Negotiate financing agreements with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms. • Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations for potential industrial investments and expansion projects. 6. Tax Planning and Compliance • Oversee the preparation and submission of all tax filings, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and manage relations with tax authorities. 7. Financial Risk Management • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks associated with market fluctuations, operational changes, and investment activities. • Develop risk management policies, including hedging strategies for commodity prices and foreign exchange exposures. • Manage the insurance portfolio to adequately cover key industrial assets and operations. 8. Leadership and Team Development • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals. • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth. • Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

• Job Details:- Responsibility for all accounting functions. - Develop working from manual system to program system. - The preparation the accounting cycle and documentation - The preparation of chart of accounts and cost to EL Motakamal Program and integration with other models such as Purchases & Sales & Storeroom to Accounts. - Preparing and editing Income statement & The Financial Position & Cash Flows. - Preparing and reviewing data for preparing tax returns, such as Form 41 and VAT... - Analysis financial to Income statement & The Financial Position & Cash Flows. - Preparing financial statements & monthly closing & the Trial Balance & Balance sheet. - Preparation General Ledger entries. - Handling accounts (Purchases & Suppliers & Sales & Customers) - Preparing bank reconciliation &Time deposits & Letter of Guarantee. - Follow-up and review petty cash payments as well as its reconciliation. - Preparing Payroll, social insurance - Analysis, control, and preparing Depreciation of Assets. - Analysis, control of Expenses. - Strong experience in using Motakamal system Acc.
