• Job Details:-Maintains updated records of purchase orders, follows up deliveries and ‎processing of all related documents. -Follow up the bank procedures such as issuing L/Cs. -Follows up with suppliers, brokers and forwarders to finalize purchase and ‎ensure smooth dispatches and deliveries. -Reach best freight rate & amending shipping types in order to reach ideal ‎availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time. -Regular update and aware with materials available in main store after ‎reviewing main store inventory list in coordination main storekeeper. -Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate ‎accounts.
