• Job Details:Assisting accounting manager in monthly closings & and financial payroll checking. Recording JV on a monthly basis. Conducting supplier & customer reconciliations. Following up on collections and issuing sales invoices and credit notes. Resolving queries from customers. Weekly meetings with the sales team and follow-up on collections. Coordinating with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations for audit queries. Monitoring compliance with accounting policies and procedures, identifying any areas of non-compliance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Head of Accounting

• Job Details:Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports (P&L & balance sheet). Management of month-end and year-end closing procedures. Oversight of daily GL transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. Supervision and guidance provided to account clerks. Monitoring the daily performance of the accounting department. Reconciling general ledger accounts and reviewing sales reports vs. inventory management system reports. Supervising junior accounts and overseeing their transactions.

Senior Accountant

• Job Details:Conducting bank reconciliations and customer/supplier reconciliations. Assisting FM in financial closings and passing necessary JV on monthly closings. Overseeing AP/AR & GL transactions. Monitoring daily collections and following up with clients.
