Handle facilities’ maintenance (in coordination with the Corporate Administration & Purchasing Department) and ensure efficient provision of both internal (e.g. office supplies, maintenance services, collection of office mail etc.) and external (transport vehicles and drivers etc.) facilities.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, services providers and different local agency all administrations requirements to meet project’s needs.
Develop and maintain operations progress and performance reports and submit it to the HR & Administration Manager for approval.
