• Job Details:Leading the consultancy site engineering team for the following : Approved samples. -Arrange a final package for the construction documents (soft copy) dated by the latest issue. -Arrange a regular site visits schedule. - Backup soft and hard copy for all documents. -Construction drawings documentation: -Coordinate with the site office manager to approve and accept the material. -Daily photos report. -Daily report document. 2- Documentation for the site technical office Documents -Insure that the final set is existing in site. -Insure the staff performance and quality assurance for the site work. -Letters of emails log. 3-Material samples : -Approved samples. -Arrange a final package for the construction documents (soft copy) dated by the latest issue. -Arrange a regular site visits schedule. -Backup soft and hard copy for all documents 4-Method of statements -Original BOQ of specification. -Original design drawings. -Prepare a full set ( original copy) for all the site documents in the head office -Prepare a full set of material samples and its suppliers in site. -Prepare the method of statement for all the Architectural items for each projects, and the phases of inspection required. 5-Regular site visits: -RFI – request for inspection files of log. -Send / received. -Shop drawings. Review Suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors deals & management . • Directing & managing pre and post contract / s . • Conducting feasibility studies and production of procurement reports. • Applying the value management techniques at the outset of a project involving existing protocols and systems. • Managing estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan. • Managing the procurement process, ensuring that all stages including, pre- qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively. • Ensuring that post contract cost variances, change control, cost checking and valuation processes are managed effectively. • Ensuring the production of monthly post contract and cost reports and presenting them to the client. • Managing the value engineering and life cycle costing. • Providing final account negotiation and agreement.
