• Job Details:Sr. MEP QA/QC Manager SIDRA HOSPITAL PROJECT DOHA Key Responsibilities Key Deliverables:  To develop and update the Project Quality Plan and ensure quality control throughout the project.  Supervision of the quality control inspectors.  Co-ordination with suppliers / sub-contractors quality control representative to ensure that products and services meet the contract requirements. Essential Attributes:  Co-ordination with Project Managers, Consultants and Local Authorities for arrangement of site inspection.  Evaluation of products, Client / Consultant`s complaints regarding products and installation.  Co-ordination with Main Contractor / Consultant and other contractors` quality control representatives.  Control of calibration records of testing and measuring instruments.  Monitor and supervise tests required in the technical provision of the Contract.  Provide monthly reports for offsite quality activities.  Obtain written permission from the lead Consultant/ Main Contractor when amendments to Quality Control systems are required.  Notification of inspections to Main Contractor/Consultant and approval of all inspection and test reports.  Control, reporting and processing of non-conformance reports.  Filing and inspection activities to be checked on sites.  Developing O & M Manual in coordination with site engineers.  To maintain overall Quality in the project premises, e.g. filing.  Taking care of archives and transfer of the Project files as per procedure.  Preparation of Internal Audit schedule for the year.  To visit workshop and central stores.  Issuing NCR’s and monitoring corrective & preventive actions.  Verify the absence of scrap / excess material in Central Stores.  To check the storage of files in site before shifting to archives.  Committed to Voltas HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative office.
