• Job Details:Ensure the proper accounting treatment, review and sign all company transactions then finally approve the posting to the trail balance by supporting from the international financial reporting standards (IFRSs) and International GAAP, Coordinating with the auditors during the year-end close and preparing the working papers and the financial statements through , Prepare & review the weekly & monthly reports to the master franchise and the company management, handling the related tax issues, Monitor and preparing the net cash movements in order to hedge any liquidity risk, preparing the assets schedules, inventory analysis , monthly P&L (summery & detailed), monitoring the company purchases, inventory and proper costing.

Financial & Administrative Manager Full Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities include:- • Managing all the financial accounting systems, revenue management and processes of the organization. • Ensuring financial compliance with all local and regulatory authorities like embassies etc. • Designing, planning and executing the processes and procedures for cash collection, reconciliation and reporting as well as integration with other legacy systems. • Running day-to-day financial operational processes like payroll, procurement etc. Key Accomplishments: Successfully set up entire the business process for the visa facilitation center including writing SOPs, audit parameters and KPI monitoring from concept to execution. Also established financial guidelines and participated in development of the business from a strategic point of view.
