• Job Details:• Drug dispensing to patients & OTC counseling • Supervise the work of the shift . • Completing pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing pharmacists & assistants to effective work. • Providing pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counseling patients on drug therapies.

• Job Details:• Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level • Update the existing database with changes and the status of each existing/prospective customer/member • Document details of telephone conversation and actions are taken. • Correspond with Call Center Supervisor and Call Center Manager and keep an open channel of communication. .provide patient with proper medical advice /otc drugs prescribing .help customers in thier doses of drugs • Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
