• Job Details:Cultivated constructible mechanical system 3D models, assisted with design build efforts, and optimizing plan and spec models. Ensured models met project requirements, BIM protocol and standards, and facilitated MEP coordination. Evaluated models for specification compliance, converted engineering models from design to fully functioning buildingsystems incorporating customized specifications. Prepared shop drawings, point layout s and converted P&IDs to 3Dmodels. Developed quantity reports, accurate BOQs, and cultivated models according to RFI responses. Identifieddiscrepancies and missing information in preparation of RFIs.
