In KSA to serve MENA region. • Creating breaded &un-breaded chicken, sea food &beef recipes (minced, chunked & emulsified categories) • Creating products’ specs & SOPs based on the factories capabilities to maximize the performance & efficiency. • Handling customer complaints related to technical issues whether products’ specs or quality as well as providing the online support to operation team during the products’ daily run to maximize the productivity. • Seeking new technologies & flavors to match the market trends & improve our products to satisfy our customers as KFC, Hardee’s, Pizza hut, TGI, Jasmi’s, KUDU, VOX, IKEA, I am Hungry, Carrefour, other street cafeterias & retail sector. • Renovation of current products & restructuring of SOPs to eliminate wastes & maximize the profit. • Developing substitutes to overcome the supply chain challenges whether for over stock consumption or to overcome materials shortage. • Developing cost saving initiatives as increasing yield, using substitutes of lower prices without affecting the products’ quality which save around 3.000.000 SR/year. • Consideration of the legislations & standards related to Quality, Safety & Environmental aspects with QA team. • Reviewing the new products’ claims, artworks & designs with quality, marketing & procurement teams. • Continuous communication with suppliers to provide us with high quality & low prices raw materials as Kerry, Hydrosol, Griffith, Raps, Royal Protein & other local suppliers. • Communication with commercial team for costing& creating NPDs’ value chain to maximize the profit margin. • Technical support for sales team by conducting regular meetings with them & with the customers.

  • Job Details:• Production management including planning, internal & external communication, reviewing the needed resources for an efficient manufacturing process. • Participation in budgeting process with continuous monitoring of its adherence & achievement. • Participation in the setting of the department KPIs & monitoring them by measuring performance, RFT, OEE & GE using well developed documented reports to ensure that we are on the right track & achieve the objectives. • Establishing the production plan based on the scheduled orders & regularly monitoring the availability of all raw materials needed for an accurate delivery of the products in the estimated lead time. • Handling the daily production challenges via communication with stakeholders as QA, QC, maintenance, planning & purchasing departments as well as external suppliers for a lean manufacturing process. • Seeking new machines & manufacturing techniques to improve the production efficiency. • Initiating cost saving projects to increase the profit margin of the organization as the following:  Elimination of the 7 wastes  Prospection of new machinery & techniques to improve the process efficiency.  Manpower optimization which saved approximately 480.000 SR/year. • Training of subordinates to improve their qualifications & motivate them to be engaged in the success. • Ensuring the conformity of products to FSMS & QMS of the organization, statutory & international standards. • Monitoring the receiving process of raw materials to ensure their conforming to our QMS & FSMS & communication with suppliers in case of any non-conformities to prevent its re-occurrence. • Conducting internal audits periodically &recording NCs & monitoring the correction & corrective actions based on the risk re-assessment & updating both FSMS & QMS for the fulfillment of ISO 22000& 9001 requirements. • Ensuring the proper implementation of GMPs, PRPs, HACCP plan & periodically calibration of equipment. • Monitoring customer satisfaction & handling customer complaints. • Implementing quality tools to find out the area of improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
