• Job Details:Following is a list of my duties: - Preparation of Baseline, Tender, Revised, Recovery, and Target Programs with all supported files. - Preparation of EOT claims and delay analysis based on contract EOT methodology. - Preparation of management reports that reflect the status of the project and corrective actions. - Assist top Management with contract particulars and FIDIC Clauses. - Monitoring budgets, schedules, and other KPIs to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan. - Preparation and review of weekly and Monthly reports reflecting work progress and next week's target. - Attending client meetings to discuss project details, status, and answer questions. - Preparation of dashboards and KPIs for easy monitoring and control. - In collaboration with the project manager, monitor project progress against milestones and implement delay recovery actions when necessary. - Develop a database for monitoring, analyzing, and tracking progress for Engineering, Procurement, and construction deliverables. - Coordinate with subcontractors regarding Progress Tracking, delay analysis, and recovery programs. - Create and monitor Project Execution Plans. - Preparation of cost to complete file including (Labor, Machinery, Staff, Etc.) as per project requirements. - Ensuring that the project team is focused on cost reduction and cost accountability. - Identification of risk mitigation actions and ensuring that they are implemented in a timely manner. - Using AutoCAD to collect progress from engineers based on approved shop drawings - In accordance with the project budget and budget productivity, prepare and update the Manpower Control System (OBS). - Request or release manpower, machinery, and staff in accordance with the Monthly Deployment from the CTC - Review and verify the progress claimed with the actual progress at the Site for monthly payment. - Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyze and identify improvements.
