• Job Details:• Develop and follow up the annual internal Audit plan covering all Key process. • Develop and follow up the supplier audit plan. • Report bi-annually to top management about Audit Section Activities. • Promoting food safety culture to all key process through communicating and conducting training and awareness (class room and OJT) • Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety requirements through basic hygiene standard for culinary and F&B outlets • Implementing food safety programs and system ( HACCP system ,audits requirements and compliance) • Preparing the top management review meeting and following up the actions taken. • Developing and monitoring the cleaning and sanitation program. • Ensure the efficiency of pest control activities. • Reviewing food analysis results activities. ( microbiological – chemical ) - ( Swab analysis for employees and surfaces) and taking action if needed. • Prepare the daily and monthly reports on finished tasks and what will be followed upon
