• Job Details:• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. • Day to day site management, direction and co-ordination of all site activities carried out by the company and its subcontractors, with particular focus on health and safety, planning, programming, and co ordination with the company's off-site activities. • On-site management and control of the company's site operations, both of in-house and sub-contracted activities. • Day-to-day monitoring, recording and documentation of the company's site activities including compilation of site progress reports. • Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Oversee project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects, expected quality, and allotted budget. • Day to day site management, direction and co-ordination of all site activities carried out by the company and its subcontractors, with particular focus on health and safety, planning, programming, and co-ordination with the company's off-site activities. • Liaise with the key stakeholders (consultants, Project Manager, Construction Manager, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors ETC…) involved in the project.

Senior Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs. • On-site management and control of the company's site operations, both of in-house and sub-contracted activities. • Day-to-day monitoring, recording and documentation of the company's site activities including compilation of site progress reports. • Oversee project workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of projects, expected quality, and allotted budget. • Develop and implement strategies for managing supplier’s performance and determining risk mitigation strategies. • Implement approved Section / Team / Department policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards. • Develop and Review the Project Engineering deliverables (Drawings, Method of statements, ITP, Materials submittal, Quality Documents, ETC) in accordance with Relevant codes and best practices prior official submittal. • Develop and Review all required plans (Mobilization, Fabrication, lifting, erection, Welding, Painting, ETC). • Prepare plans for mobilization and temporary facilities and Coordinate with Client, Contractors, and subcontractors to finalize the temporary Site Layout. • Manage subcontractors (Fabrication, Erection, Painting, Insulation & Cladding ETC..) to obtain the project objectives. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. • Provide input for preparation of the functional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver functional objectives. • Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control. • Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. • Co-ordinate with Commercial and Logistical departments for delivery time of materials. • Grow and develop the team using internal resources and strategic hires to ensure successful project delivery.

Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure that all required resources allocated to meet the project aspects and client requirements. • Ensure that all the works are done in accordance with the approved construction drawings, project specifications & scope. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports. • Analyze and verify all energy savings calculations to promote environmental sustainability and energy conservation. • Develop cost estimates, equipment procurement and tracking construction progress to efficiently complete large-scale projects. • Actively communicates with stakeholders to solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems. • At an early stage, informs management and project team of deviations in the project plan. • Carrying out Mechanical Works and equipment installation activities. • Plan the execution of Mechanical works and coordinate with Electrical and civil groups. • Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and identify the root causes for improvement by modifying the operating procedures/work instructions.
