    • Job Details:Receive, review and registers customer’s spare parts orders, RFPs, or RFQs Review technical specifications and examination of damaged parts and advise customers correct part numbers or suitable substitution using parts catalog and equipment S/N Parts pricing (get EXW prices, negotiate about abnormal prices and get suitable discount from supplier, prices analysis &using suitable rate to calculate parts unit price. preparing technical & commercial sales offers including suitable offer’s terms and conditions, archiving and sending to clients Attend & Prepare tender's & practice's technical & financial proposals Monitor & analyze parts’ stock availability to maintain the minimum required stock quantities Execute inventory control measures to minimize stock holding & maximizes stock movement Prepare & following up stocking purchasing strategy to achieve sales plans targets • Conduct monthly sales report recording sales volume compared to sales target & lost sales Declare invoicing for financial team to match purchase orders.
