• Job Details: Experience in Property Management System for hotel, hotel store program, Human resource program, networks, computer repair, Microsoft windows, and Microsoft office, Secretary, dealing with government websites, web designer and web hosting.  I apply knowledge of standards and best practices to recommend IT governance and portfolio management processes and structure.  Help develop new business through building relationships and leading national pursuit efforts.  I identify new trends, categories, concepts and businesses that will profitably grow the organization in alignment with the strategic plan.  Communicate findings effectively both verbally and in written form including end-to-end, polished, executive-ready presentations.  I maintains knowledge of evolving trends in IT strategy and management and applies those to continuously refine the IT Strategic Planning process.  Assess fit, feasibility, and financial impact of new strategic investments and work on variety of high level special projects, including competitive due diligence and creating business cases.  Assist partners with practice administration, including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions.  Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings.
