• Job Details:Responsibility: • Owner representative for Golden Coast Project with land area 7.5 million m2. With all responsibilities as example not limited:- • Preparation the MEP design outlines which agreed with owner vision for project. • Given the technical support to owner for selection consultant to prepare MEP design. • Coordinate with design consultant to can making MEP design. • Design review at all stages of design up to receive IFC package. • Given the technical support to owner for selection the construction company for project. • Coordinate with the construction company to reply of it's all RFI,s. • Coordinate with technical office and the construction company at all project duration. • Revision and approve Financial extracts. • Discussion with suppliers of long lead items and approve it. • Given the technical support to technical office to make test and commission.
