• Job Details:Achievements and responsibilities: • Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. • Managing Financial management operations such as development of monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets. • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company. • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with Standard and applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting. • Evaluating the cost effectiveness and risks of operational processes, activities, policies and systems. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek business solutions. • Provide Executive Management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

Accounting & Cost ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Achievements: • Creating and Managing the Full Costing system (ERP) in the company. • Developing Cost-Cutting Techniques which reduces the production costs. • Creating and managing many company policies and bylaws like (Company Corporate governance bylaws, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Regulations). • Leading the transferring of financial system from SOCPA Standards to IFRS Standards. Responsibilities: • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role. • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements according to IFRS. • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analysing margins, variances, and cost analysis. • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis. • Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives. • Preparing company VAT statements and handling Zakat statements. • Deal with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained • Managing All the compliance requirements with Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
