- Job Details: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Prepare Monthly financial reports and analysis required for Management review. Oversee monthly and year-end close process. INSURANCE MANAGEMENT Carry adequate insurance coverage in accordance with the company’s policy standard. Ensure that the insurance clauses already revised and updated for inclusion in all types of contracts and agreements. Approve insurance claims and incident reports. Involved with overall Insurance Finance & Accounting, Reconciliations, and Debit/Credit Notes. STAFF MANAGEMENT Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that entire department is adequately managed, staffed and resourced. Identify and implement plans for own training and development needs. Coaching, Training, Inspiring personnel.
