• Job Details:- Design all types of exams and questions banks. - Manage the examination process to be sure they are aligned with standards and training objectives - Manage and coordinate with team the schedules, logistics, and regulations to maintain high standards of fairness, integrity and security through all processes. - Supervision of accurate records of exams and results are stored securely. - Analyze exams to identify trends, strength points and areas for improvement. - Coordinated with instructors to align exams with curriculum objectives - Guide the team to use new technologies or methods to enhance the process.
