- Achieving Rank number 1 Quality Improvement project in all Medical Services Directorate (MSD) hospitals which was about “Improving the appropriateness of adult ECHO requests” where the project saved 8 million Saudi Riyals in 9 months. - Preparation of Prince Sultan Cardiac Center-PSCC (186) bedded hospital for JCI reaccreditation where hospital has granted the reaccreditation on 31st of Dec 2020. - Preparation of Prince Sultan Military Medical City-PSMMC (1600 beds) in Riyadh for JCI reaccreditation Where I was responsible for AOP, and COP chapters and the hospital granted the reaccreditation on May 10, 2018 - Preparation of Al Hada Armed Forces hospital (440 bedded tertiary care hospital) for CBAHI reaccreditation where I was responsible for the following chapters: o Leadership o Quality and Patient Safety o Management of Information o Medical Records o Social Care Services o Laboratory o Dietary Services o Dental Services
