• Job Details:• Handling all types of the accounting department activities related to book keeping, preparation of the monthly, semiannual, and annual audited financials. • Handling the daily communications with contractors, checking the contractual certificates, and insure that all payments have been directed to the approved Items within the budget limits. • Responsible for maintaining an up to date statement for the sales revenues and the necessary follow up for the maturity dates of the account receivables and cheques under collection. • Preparing a weekly and monthly report in regard of the above mentioned sales revenues and the ageing of the account receivables required to be presented to the top management. • Responsible for preparing the sales taxes monthly reports and assuring its presentation on due time to governmental authorities. • Responsible for all banks reconciliations and monitoring of funds on daily and monthly basis. • All payments to suppliers. • Issuing monthly / daily payments. • Preparing quarterly withholding tax report. • Preparing monthly analysis . • Handling month _ end closing. • Preparing accounts reconciliations. • Making regular balance confirmations with the suppliers . • Issuing monthly reports to management .
