• Job Details:Using the accounting program Odoo ERP System, I work directly with employees in the finance department and the financial manager. My responsibilities include managing and supervising the daily operations and tasks that take place in accounting, improving the financial accounting systems and procedures used in the company, analyzing accounting data, and preparing financial reports. I develop and apply new systems in accounting to collect and analyze information and write reports about it. I also supervise the company's accounting strategies, coordinate annual audits, organize and prepare the annual inventory process, and prepare and manage the financial statements. Additionally, I analyze the differences between revenues and expenses, prepare periodic reports containing income statements and analysis of debts and cash flow, and help achieve financial accounting goals. To ensure the best outcome, I define tasks and assign team members to work on them. I also tabulate, record, post, and summarize financial transactions, as well as write, organize, arrange, and present them in a way that allows users to understand.

• Job Details:- Work with the project manager to create a detailed and cost-effective budget. - Handle accounting tasks throughout the project, which include invoicing, estimating cash flow, and reviewing purchase orders. - Analyze project transactions and incorporate any unforeseen costs into the budget. - Keep a record of all project finances for both internal and external audits. - Prepare cost analyses by interpreting financial data and information related to the project. - Report any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Stay current with developments in both the construction and accounting industries.
