• Job Details:- Follow up on supplier balances and customer accounts. - Proof of local purchase invoices and follow-up of supplier balances. - Proof of purchases of external messages and follow-up of external supplier balances. - Preparing daily reports. - Follow up the documentary cycle of purchases and payments in detail. - Preparing accounting entries for accruals and payments to suppliers. - Follow up on supply orders, quantities actually received, and remaining quantities. - VAT Follow-up, Withholding and Addition Tax - Preparing and reviewing the trial balance for suppliers on a monthly basis - Reconciling supplier accounts at the end of each financial period - Follow up on service suppliers and the company's contractual obligations. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports. - Review, prepare & submit all taxes including VAT and withholding tax deductions. - Preparing form No. 41 regarding withholding tax to be delivered and paid on-time to Tax authorities. - Ensure and review VAT (Value-Added Tax) on company expenses to ensure alignment with updated laws and regulations. - Review tax calculates according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations by required deadlines. - Visit the tax authorities when needed.
