• Job Details:FOR: Manufacturers and exporters of extrusion plastic film - (LLDP+HDPE+STRECH) printing section (central drum flexography 1 to 8 Colors) cutting section to produce bags as (JARIR + IEKIA + ALFANAR + grape bags, flower bags and gloves) Job description: Production Manager - Directly responsible for 4supervisors and (80) WORKER do the following tasks: -1- Develop plans for the factory productivity -2- Prepare daily reports to the Operations Development Manager regarding (machines-workers-raw materials –products) status. -3- Ensure the compliance with ( production procedures-GMP-health and safety-preserving the environment) -4-Follow up machinery breakdowns electrical, mechanical and maintenance work -5- Evaluate the performance of employees and determine training needs. -6-Continuous research to reduce production costs . and prepare budgets -7- Study annual Budget and report the requirements to realize it, -8- Supervision of industrial safety and production standards.( ISO standards)
