• Job Details:Responsibilities: 1. Analyze the tender documents and provide inputs to the Estimation Manager to establish the work scope related to the mechanical works for a project. 2. Participate in pre-bid plant surveys and meetings to acquire the required knowledge of the project. 3. Analyze and understand tender specifications and coordinate with consultants for the technical Specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages. 4. Source for potential vendors and sub-contractors. 5. Request for Quotation (RFQ) from vendors for the assigned scope of estimation works. 6. Perform commercial bid evaluation at the tender stage. 7. Estimate the cost of the assigned scope from the bill of quantities (BOQ), drawings, and specifications as received from the Engineering department. 8. Support the tender technical schedule preparation by providing equipment supplier inputs. 9. Facilitate design coordination between vendor and Engineering department at the tender stage. 10. Support the technical bid evaluation process at the tender stage
