Duties & Responsibilities for all construction projects: Reviewing material submittal & sample submittal & mock up sample for all type of materials such as (Pumps –Valves – Pipes –Sprinklers –Ducts –FCU –AHU ….etc.). Reviewing sketch drawing, shop drawings and coordination drawings for issuing for construction field. Solving any problem can found in the site according to site condition such as lack of coordination for plumbing and firefighting between other systems. Solving as-built problems according to site constraints. Perform inspection of site mechanical works (Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC) and follow- up the site progress. Ensuring that the accomplished work is in accordance and compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Issuing site instructions & NCRs to the contractor for any violations observed on site. Reviewing the schedule for loading resources, including labor, machines and materials. Approving on the executed works in a proper manner, making observations
