• Job Details:Responsibilities • Checking of detailed design and drawings. • Generate precise quantities & make verification with Consultant BOQ. • Review design drawings of discrepancies or missing information with consultant & other trades. • Organize detailed RFI process with Design Consultant, Engineering & Subcontractors. • Generate Construction Documentation package (MTO reports, Shop Drawing & Fabrication Drawing). • Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals • ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications • Design of Tower Crane Foundation. • oversee quality control matters on site • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Attend and Arrange Design and Progress Meeting with consultant (Dar Al Handasah). • communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress • Provide 3D model for most complicated Structural Details by using Microstation [Bentley], Pro-structural connect edition. Structural BIM engineerFull Time

• Job Details:DUTIES:- • Evaluate contract requirements from BIM model & identify the inputs & outputs to be expected at each stage of the project phases. • Generate a BIM model based on information provided by Consultant dataset (Drawings, BOQ & Specifications) in sense out of provided design materials & transition this information into valuable 3D spatial coordinated models & information to support construction. • Coordinated Model through developing Standards & workflows to work effectively within a collaborative team environment to provide BIM production with accurate & integrate results for 4D & 5D functionalities. • Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). • Model naming convention & exchange procedure. • Prioritize element modelling as per project section (Area, Zone & Subzone) & Phase (time). • Element Tagging standards & asset management. • Collaboration & integration of workflows. • Coordinate BIM model with project disciplines (AR, ST & MEP) • Coordinate with BIM service providers & Subcontractors. • Establishing models quality control procedures to ensure that all models & datasets are at accurate level of information. • Generate Project design & environmental analysis to enhance the project development. • Monitoring the shared data & relationships between models. • Reviews design drawings of discrepancies or missing information with consultant & other trades. • Organize detailing RFI process with Design Consultant, Engineering & Subcontractors. • Run interference detection to detect design clashes. • Generate 3D Model Quantity Extraction & Verification with Consultant BOQ. • Generate Construction Documentation under the direction of BIM Manager to attend project needs as indicated by engineers to produce construction document package (Shop Drawing & Fabrication Drawing). • Interact with estimators to support planning & estimates MTO. • Assist the project team with model visualizations. • Provide QC and Procurement teams with accurate quantities
