• Job Details:• Review daily all cash transactions & Bank account reconciliations on Odoo System. • Maintains daily & monthly all Functional or Foreign currencies of cash & Bank account balances on Odoo System. • Review daily bank account reconciliation. • Provide Reports monthly relating to cash & Bank activity. • Provide monthly Break Down of Bank facilities ODA, Interest, and other charges. • Performs complex transactions and resolves errors. • Prepares month-end cash accounting reports. • Perform all notes receivables & payables transaction. • Review daily & monthly all PDCs accounts on Odoo S. • Provide monthly Break Down of PDCs (on hand, under collections, already withdrawal, or refunded). • Review bank accounts about under collection PDCs should be collected or refunded, • Perform all custody and petty cash transactions. • Review and approve all petty cash request after check verification of the entity regulatory. • Review & maintain Daily & monthly all Employees & non-Employees, Functional & Foreign Currencies Petty Cash Accounts. • Stand by to provide Break down of permanent or temporary Petty cash outstanding balances • Provide Monthly, Quarterly, and annually Expenses analysis Reports on a Cost Center Based. • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, and analyze relevant financial information. • Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness. • Ensuring that financial information complies with IFRS. • Entering financial data such as accruals, and deferrals entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports. • Reconciling accounts with the general ledger. • Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage all accounting transactions. • Handle all payments to service providers and vendors. • Responsible for recording all financial transaction. • Report Monthly profit/loss statements. • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. • Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review. • Perform other financial responsibilities as and when require

General AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Obtain and maintain a financial reporting thorough understanding of the general ledger structure. • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations requirements. • Reporting Monthly, Quarterly, and annually VAT Form to the Audit Department.
