• Job Details:Responsibilities - Site Co-ordination.: - Provide coordination to the contractor. - make the surveying work in the site - Scheduling the tasks: - To schedule the task as per requirement. - Time factor. – Ensuring the completion of works as per construction time schedule. - Review of shop drawings. - Quality Control. - To keep a sharp eye on the quality of work. - Arranging meetings and coordinating the work between the main contractor, sub-contractors, consultants, owner and operator. - Link between the designer, client and contractor. - Attending meetings and coordinating work between different sub-contractors. - Receipt of the all works (architect & civil & electric) done by contractors and handed over to the consultants. - Repairing the concrete after pouring. - Site supervision & inspections. - Responsible for the hand over operation to the end user/operator. - count the final worked quantities in each item - Final submission of project.
