• Job Details:Leading a multidisciplinary section team for the high-speed rail project, ensuring the timely completion of tasks according to the project timeline and technical specifications. Overseeing the alignment and readiness of station platforms and service points, ensuring seamless connections between stations to guarantee the integrity and efficiency of the rail network. Managing and coordinating Package 1 and 2 teams to assess site access dates and ensure the timely commencement of subsequent construction activities. Managing and monitoring P2 work progress, including construction, track works, and infrastructure installations, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Establishing effective communication networks with involved parties (NAT, GARB, consultants, contractors) to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution. Verifying the use of the latest available drawings by site work parties to prevent errors and ensure compliance with design specifications. Overseeing documentation and reporting of project progress, ensuring accurate and timely communication of key milestones and site activities to stakeholders. Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to prevent delays, while collaborating with other HSR Site Engineers and project team members for successful project delivery. Documenting project milestones, challenges, and solutions to enhance processes and improve efficiency in future phases.

• Job Details:Senior Engineer FCC, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia The Riyadh Metro is a rapid transit system under construction in the city of Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. It will consist of six metro lines spanning a total length of 176 kilometers, with 85 stations. The project will cost $22.5 billion to build. My scope of work started as a part of team handling the responsibility of station 5A3 one of line 5 stations through all the works from utilities and infrastructure , excavation using the common methods and using the TBM machine to connect the full line ,full construction of the station and finally the landscape works also managing and supervising the architectural works , mechanical works and electrical works
