• Job Details: Responsible for determine damaged items in all stores and Warehouse to enter the Red-Table Zone for clearance.  Define the suitable decision for damaged products either to be repaired in our maintenance department and re-sold with a certain amount of discount relative to the present defect. Or it shall be transferred to the damaged zone where to be used as spare parts.  I shall determine whether the cost of repairing is acceptable or not compared to the cost.  Pricing clearance items to be re-sold, determine the percentage of discount and profit.  I handle a team of 6 area managers, defining sales target for each (variable upon sales and stock), defining task for each to achieve overall goal, defining weekly schedule.  Investigating the reasons for damaging products to determine weather it is by stores stuff mishandling or manufacturing defects. Procedures shall be taken accordingly either by claiming refund for damaged items from suppliers or by adjusting stuff attitude to ensure not to be repeated in the future  Report directly to the CEO with regular R.T sales and stock analysis to ensure target achievement.
