Asset Process LeadFull Time

• Job Details:Working as The Asset & Process Surveillance Eng. for RLTO - Ras Laffan Terminal Operations representing all Engineering disciplines within the operations team. Also representing the Asset’s Process Engineering Technical Authority. During this entitlement I was nominated for 7 times till now as Engineering IIF Champion “Incident and Injury Free Safety Surveillance System”. During my day to day roles I am providing the following: 1- Asset Eng. Support:  Ensure full compliance with Qatargas HSE standards.  Interface and attend asset meetings with Heads of operations For Tank Farm, Loading Jetties and Sulphur granulation plant.  Discuss any non-process related issues with respective discipline engineers and identify solutions with proper execution plan.  Develop and maintain IDB register (Issues Database) to identify gaps and resolution plan with defined scopes and target dates.  Develop and maintain asset register for the MOCs (management of change) to ensure capturing the engineering recommendations and close follow up till the implementation phase.  Work closely with joint interest team to resolve any shareholders' concerns on the existing facilities and the new projects.  Work closely with warranty team, maintenance team, integrity team, reliability team (RCFA & RCM), facilities engineering team, Loss prevention team and other engineering disciplines. 2- Process Surveillance Engineering Support:  Monitor plant performances and generate process surveillance reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost saving opportunities.  Coordinate, discuss & prepare presentations for any potential process based opportunities.  Provide technical support to the Operation Capital Projects that mainly include checking and Approving of process documents.  Coordinate and participate in the HAZOP, SIL & LOPA Studies, RCFA “Root Cause Failure Analysis, Risk Assessments and technical clarification meetings with contractors.  Develop scope of work for small projects, and develop respective operating procedures.  Conduct independent studies, analysis, interpretations and make conclusions on projects and tasks.  Supporting SIMOPS to ensure seamless integration of the new design into the running plant.

Senior Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Maintain the industry top HSE standards.  Co-ordination of the various aspects of the process engineering criteria, including, design planning and development.  Conduct conceptual studies to identify and select optimum development concepts.  Understand areas to improve the design and recommended improvements to the technical review team.  Conduct De-bottlenecking studies / Concept support studies / Cost estimate reports.  Develop Operation, Control & Safeguarding Philosophy.  Supporting SIMOPS to ensure seamless integration of the new design into the running plant.  Flag potential issues and resolve them to ensure work is progressed without delay.  Conduct HMB (Heat and Mass Balance), line sizing, valve sizing calculations and hydraulic calculations.  Perform Equipment Adequacy Report / Development of PFD, P&ID & UFD, preparation of Instrument data sheets and line list.  Develop Cause & Effect scenarios / Process safeguarding calculation / Design Review, FRA, RCFA, HAZOP, LOPA & SIL studies.

Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities  Carrying out Steady State and Dynamic network hydraulic study.  Conduct line sizing and valve sizing calculations and Carrying out simulation.  Perform Equipment Adequacy Report  Development of PFS, PEFS, PSFS & UEFS  Develop Operation, Control & Safeguarding Philosophy / Cause & Effect scenarios / Process safeguarding calculation.  Participation as Process Engineer in Design Review, RCFA, FRA, HAZOP, LOPA & SIL studies.  Conduct Conceptual engineering studies  Preparation Instrument data sheets and line list
