• Job Details:- Setting Up the new Business in Head Quarter - Customize Travel Package ( Flight + Hotels + Tours +..etc ) FIT&GIT - Approaching airlines companies to make the commercial deals with them for the OTA - Set targets with both hotels and suppliers for the new business - Create Work Flow for the departments along with SLA - Monitor the Performance for the technical systems like ( TBS – TRIP – ODOO ) to find the weakness points in order to initiate the development process - Set the plan for every branch along with the work flow and the operation details - Create training manual per department per system per function - Set training sessions for the employees on ( Galileo – Amadeus – Operation Process “ Tours , Hotels , Flights , Transportations ,..etc. “ – Technical systems -..etc.) - Create, revise and upload static content for 110 Cities (Things to Do – Things to See – Restaurants – Events – Shopping – Cost of living -.Etc.) - Set the mapping and matching strategy along with action plan - Mapping and matching for around 400,000 Hotels from 5 different systems - SWOT analysis using the comparison technique between our system and the other online systems. - Market analysis for 3 markets ( Dubai – Kuwait – Cairo ) - Monitor the discrepancy between the XML integration and the Systems’ platform
