• Job Details: Leading, organizing, scheduling and coordinating the activities of a group of designers for designing, preparing bill of quantity, technical reports, and following up site problems.  Reviewing drawings and designs to control quality and accuracy.  Preparing complex 3d models for vertical and lateral loads using “CSI” analysis and design programs for the water and silos process buildings and liquid containment structures.  Responsible for analysis and design of sophisticated and advanced structures like process tanks, platforms, equipment housing, machine foundations, slabs on grade, fences, seismic and wind analysis, …etc.  Reviewing outsourced design drawing, models and calculations.  Providing technical guidance to co-workers.  Quantity estimation for many water projects based on civil guidance drawings and project specifications for tendering and quotation and preparing conceptual design criteria.  Performing of value engineering for the projects in order to reduce the cost, and meet the required level of quality.
