• Job Details:• Senior System Engineer will maintain systems infrastructure tasks using various standard systems management tools, internal ticketing systems. • Liaise and coordinate with other departments, service providers, external vendors, and suppliers on all network-related issues. • Monitor the health of the server’s infrastructure and act upon alert/issue arises. Schedule for servers/applications maintenance. • Servers Health Monitor failures- Response to CPU, disk, memory-based alerts. • Continuous monitoring improvement • Complete Service Monitoring, support services management teams (servers Infrastructure, database, system admins) • Monitors service delivery channels and collects performance data. • Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects • Uses experience to address user problems and interrogates databases for potential solutions. • Escalates complex or unresolved incidents. • Records and tracks issues from the outset to conclusion. • Maintains records, informs users about the process, and advises relevant persons of actions taken • Proven experience in Microsoft systems and service applications. • Proven experience in Service operations teams within service providers and Carriers. • Shows initiative and has a strong desire to share knowledge with others.

Network Security EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Implement information security policies, including networks, applications, access control, data safety, etc, also contributing to employees' awareness and procedures. • Manage Network Aruba Switches. • Identify vulnerabilities and contribute to mitigate them. • Systematically monitor the information security status across the company, directly or through automated processes, including suspicious network traffic and behavior. • Manage Sophos XG Firewall for multiple sites. • Provide input to assess and improve the company's information security risks and exposures. • Execute agreed information security mitigation and improvement plans. • Report and react fast with remediations to critical cyber-threats and attacks, defending systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction • Configure and support security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems, etc. • Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments. • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company security. • Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade Company networks and installing and configuring computer networks. • Periodic Reporting and identifying network vulnerabilities. • Monitor AlienVault OSIEM for any signs of intrusion. • Manage Kaspersky Endpoint and security center “KSC”. • Manage company cloud hosted services • Keep current with emerging security alerts and issues

Network Specialist Engineer aFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage Sophos firewall & DrayTek Routers • Manage Kaspersky EPP and KSC • Manage Hyper-V Hosts • Manage Active directory domain environment • Maintain schedule backups using Veeam • Manage Albargasy E-Mail Servers • Cisco Switches, DrayTek APs configurations • Manage Albargasy LAN/WAN VPN and MPLS, Wired and wireless Network • Analyzes network activity and network problems to discover and prevent errors. • Define network policies and procedures. • Supports and troubleshoots issues of LAN, WAN, Intranet, Internet, firewalls, and services. • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company security.
