• Job Details:*FOR SERVICE: • Diagnosing heavy vehicles, Diesel international trucks and Equipments and create repair order for the maintenance team. • Maintaining trucks records by keeping services and repairs. • Training and supervision of mechanical workers in the workshop. • Inspecting and applying Quality control measures on repair and maintenance operations. • Applying preventive maintenance plans. • Preparing daily reports of the maintenance department. • Very Good use for the diagnostic laptop. • Preparing PDI for the new trucks and Equipments. • Preparing warranty claims for the new trucks and Equipments. *FOR PARTS:. • Welcome the customers. Understand and listen carefully to their request, Receive to telephone enquiries and orders of spare parts. • Issue the correct parts with the help of EPC (electronic parts catalogue). • Update information on supersession and provides customers with the correct advice. • Advice customers on substitution or modification of the parts when identical replacements are not available. • Provide proper technical information of the parts to the customer if required. • Determine replacement parts required according to inspections of old parts, customer requests or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions. • Take part in the preparation and maintaining of the Parts showcase and promotional materials to attract customers.
