• Job Details:•Handle the project from start to completion, including scope, budget,risk assessment, resources, safety requirements, schedule and resolve the problems •Monitor the project to achieve the target in a smooth way with quality control & project specifications including the submission approval tracking (MIR/IR/…each) to close the project. •Make plans and updates for progress and schedule target changes as per project situation. •Attend the meetings site & office as required with clients, management, contractors and staff with reporting accordingly. •Coordinate & cooperate oversee all project activities between site and design, procurement, estimation, and commercial departments. •Monitor& manage the contractors' work, progress, distribution, materials, deliveries and payments as per project requirements. •notifying the responsible team & following up the changes claims for any variations or additional work
