• Job Details:Cash Management • Understand, and supervise all aspects of cash management. • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. • Maintaining liquidity to meet current and future obligations in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Assisting in the daily & monthly cash flow plan, and cash positioning. ➢ Collection, Disbursement and Concentration • Manage short/long term investments strategies. • Supervise all suppliers’ transfers (local & foreign) and its needed documentations. • Managing cash-in & checks portfolio. • Managing cash-out portfolio. ➢ Risk Management and FX • Managing Credit Facilities & reviewing and confirming the renewal contracts. • Identifying and managing the financial risks related to Treasury. • Analyzes exchange rates on FX transactions to ensure that pricing is in accordance with contractual commitments. • Analyzes the exchange gain and loss account to ensure that transactions are properly recorded in the Centre’s financial statements. ➢ Reporting • Daily/weekly cash position • Preparing monthly bank reconciliation. • Preparing the monthly Cash flow ➢ Trade Finance • Issuing LGs, Import LCs. • Processing IDCs  Internal / External Communication • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues; • Communicate on daily basis with banks to follow up domestic/international transactions. • Communicate internally with finance/other departments to finalize tasks efficiently & in a cost-effective way.
