Reliability Engineer

• Job Details:Responsible for the PM optimization process, including various maintenance strategy types; part of the asset integrity optimization team, responsible for the development and standardization of maintenance strategy, PM check sheets, asset hierarchy, criticality ranking, FMEA, failure codes for major process assets.

Junior Reliability Engineer

• Job Details:Performed failure investigations for various assets, providing recommendations on action required to assess root causes. Engaged in continuous improvement of the condition monitoring program, through established KPIs, best practices, and benchmarking.

Senior Reliability Engineer

• Job Details:Responsible for the management of 10+ people and processes for leading development, modification and implementation of maintenance strategy and procedures; leading material/spare parts strategy and management processes; and leading the asset classification and hierarchy development, according to ISO 14224. Leads the reliability optimization project by supervising, reviewing and validating deliverables of 09 reliability engineers, mentoring skills of junior engineers. Guardian of root cause analysis and RCM process, trigger based on LOPC and OEE.
