• Job Details:reviews and assigns the delegated tasks for the day, received by the shift supervisor onto the warehousemen. provides back up for the shift supervisor in the event of his non-availability (prolonged or brief) in matters of coordination with the scheduler, the warehouse manager and ops cell. coordinates with the stock control team for resolving discrepancies. review customer orders and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, and distributed, prioritize work orders, and dispatch these to the team. identify capability gaps and conduct training to close them. monitor the loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging of products and materials in dedicated areas and predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code. oversee the adherence of standard operating procedures.
