- Job Details:The OSO RG restoration project consist of the HP compressor TRAIN A which was majorly affected by the fire incidence that occurred within the LUBE/SEAL OIL system on Cellar deck. Some parts of TRAIN B of the HP compressor system were impacted by the fire outbreak. The scope of this project shall include but not limited to the following: • Inspect damaged cables, trays and controls critical to train B • Check Seal Oil Pump Motors, replace if damaged • Confirm no metallurgical changes in piping and structural steels in radiant damage zone TRAIN A SCOPE OF WORK • Carry out detailed engineering to replace train A MLO skid • Repair / replace all existing (burnt) valves on skid A • Repair the storage tank after an FFS assessment is carried out • Fabricate and install Train A MLO skid or damaged components • General coating repairs (structural / piping) • Complete tie-in, commissioning and start-up TRAIN B SCOPE OF WORK • Site preparation / demolition • Inspect damaged cables, trays and controls critical to train B • Implement RK cables repairs required for Train B restart • Identify and create isolation points on all utility common to both trains to enable installation of train A without platform shut down • Replace Pump Motors • Confirm no metallurgical changes in piping and structural steels in radiant damage zone • General coating repairs (structural & piping) inspection Responsible: • Ensure that the safe systems of work are effectively applied through instruction, supervisor and good communications. • Ensure construction activities are complete in line with the construction plan. • Liaise with the Construction Co-ordinator and the Personnel Co-ordinator over POB requirements • Liaise with the Construction Co-ordinator and the Materials Co-ordinator over material call-off. • Ensure any change to planned work is managed. • Raise and resolve Engineering Queries as required. • Attend and have input to plan scheduling meetings (onshore and offshore). • When required, plan and prepare to execute requirements of inspection and test procedures. • Assessing actual % completion of work for planning and reporting purposes. • Ensure that the implementation of appropriate working procedures is strictly adhered to. • Take steps to encourage the workforce to carry out their duties effectively and safely. • Encourage and promote the use of STOP cards within the construction team. • Attend and have input to safety meetings. • Attend and have input to work methodology meetings. • Maintain a daily log of on-going activities. • Ensure that all personnel are provided with such instruction, information and procedures as defined within the management system as means of control. • Conduct meaningful toolbox talks and ensue that vendors conduct meaningful toolbox talks. • Investigate incidents and accidents involving construction personnel. • Co-ordinate between vendors and other parties. • Co-ordinate between onshore projects, vendors, construction and operations. • Ensure permits are in place for all activities. • Surveying job sites for potential clashes. • Ensure the availability of Personnel, Instructions, Materials, Consumables and Special Tools at the worksite. • Anticipate the requirement for services, tools and safety equipment. • Providing shift or end of trip hand-over notes. • Attend meetings, as required, in connection with duties. • Ensure completion of all as-built documentation and certification. • Manage and record the handover of vendor scopes to operations. • Co-ordinate the requirements for scaffolding, lagging, painting and input by other services and third parties. • Ensuring that good working practices are observed. • Conduct survey activities as required. • Liaise with Construction Co-ordinator and ensure that offshore construction priorities align with the onshore project team’s expectations. • Provide offshore constructability support to all Engineering Contractors. • Complete trip and competence assessments for construction personnel as required. • Responsible for all aspects of mechanical/ Piping & Structural construction Supervision works.

- Job Details:Onshore Mechanical Piping Supervision: • To assist the project Fabrication Production managers in the delivery of Projects and site installation activities. • Responsible for all aspects of mechanical/ Piping & Structural construction Supervision works. • Maintain close supervision of employees, contractors and sub contractors in ensuring work performed is of quality and within time scheduled. • Supervise operations associated with site Piping Fabrication. • Supervise the delivery and distribution of Mechanical piping material on site for fabrication. • Assist in resource planning to meet project schedule • Hand on experience in Topside module and process Piping installation work • Reports to Piping Superintendent / Section Head for all the day to day progress. • Responsible for supervision of fabrication and Pipelines installation as per drawings and clients specifications • Responsible for safety related to work place & Worker / Contractor under you. • Ensure that fabrication is in accordance with the design. • To manage construction interfaces within discipline project teams with others. • To maintain good relationships with contractors, being relatively flexible, proactive but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the project.
