• Job Details:FINANCIAL ANALYST & ASSISTANT MANAGING DIRECTOR  Lecturer for commercial studies (Accounting, Auditing ,Finance, Marketing).  Prepare financial analysis for financial statements.  Prepare feasibility studies and suggest future development plans for expansions for clients and our company (finance &investment;).  Developing our business around all the Arab countries to serve the Arab clients needs.  Follow up our branches (ENGLAND, KSA, UAE, TURKEY, LEBNAN AND IRAQ).  Support sales and marketing team and their marketing plans  Support Chief Accountant and Accountants to commitment the Accounting Standards. ADDITIONAL TASKS  Responsible for reviewing - All Accounting records and documents. - Inventory and final financial statements. - Follow up client's requirements & their collections.

SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Supervisor Starting with a strong rotation in the fundamentals of banking in all departments combined with a practical rotation in the departments such as Customer service, Current accounts, Clearinghouse, Letters of credit & documentary, Credit department, general accounts.  Internal audit (QUALITY ASSUARANCE AND DATA CLEANSING) division, (Automatically and manually audit). - Conducts operational and financial audits of branches / head office Divisions which are assessed to have risk in order to reports summary information on functional deficiencies for assigned audits. - Prepares audit working papers and preliminary reports of findings and resolutions in order to facilitate corrective actions. - Conducts investigations involving employee irregular activities in order to keep a check on such activities. - Trains junior auditors' financial and operational auditing techniques on the job and evaluates their performance in order to develop their resources. - Establishes and maintains contacts with managers of various business areas, for exchange of information pertaining to the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of control systems. - Performs pre – audit analysis / audit planning and updating audit programs for large complex audits for accomplishment of objectives.  Financial markets division (Investment and securities department).  Documentary credit and Foreign exchange department (external operations department).  Retail banking department and customer's service.
