• Job Details: Development of a risk-based annual audit plan .  Schedule audits, initiates audit planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.  Provides leadership to assigned auditors, manage audits to quality outcomes while meeting established time budget.  Manages execution and performance of audit assignments, reviews working papers and audit reports prepared by other auditors.  Discuss audit findings with the assigned auditors and assist them in finalizing associated audit reports before they are submitted for comments.  Coordinates with the assigned auditors, auditees, management on commencement and upon completion of the audit  Share critical and significant operational and administrative issues with Management  Keeps abreast of company policies and procedures, current developments auditing professions and changes in local laws and regulations.  Perform miscellaneous audits/investigation jobs assigned by Management.  Identify control weaknesses, loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost-saving suggestions thereby adding value to the company’s overall business objectives  Provide guidance, training and an environment that supports the growth and development of other audit staff  Performs audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of records as they pertain to related transactions.  Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.  Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data  Gauging levels of risk within organizations  Ensuring that assets are safeguarded  Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and Advising on changes to be made  Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations  Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.  Carries out audits in accordance with the established audit program and through this process will make an assessment of the degree of conformance to plan and seek to evaluate the risks to the company’s resources.

Chief AccountantsFull Time

• Job Details: Preparation of the annual working Budget, Tax reports and any other financial reports.  Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc  Day to day finance and accounts operations.  Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.  Control timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ .  Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries  Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.  Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.  Investigate and acts upon requests, suggestions and complaints concerning accounting policies and office operations.  Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.  Engaged with annual audit works (Vouching, review & Final reports).  Engaged with tax inspection (Reports, Vouching) with saving 30 Mio as result.

Senior AccountantFull Time

• Job Details: Applied a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure  Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll, accounts receivable etc.  Ensured an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close reports  Ensured all financial reporting deadlines are met.  Assisted in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls  Ensured that written performance evaluations of supervised employees are completed as required, provides continuous feedback on personnel performance issues, and takes immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems  Leaded and nurtures a work culture that promotes open, frequent and dynamic communication among staff, stimulating teamwork to accomplish desired goals and objectives
