• Job Details:1- Accounting daily flash cost for food & beverage department including cost & sales analysis. 2- Managing the food & beverage stores. 3- Controlling the purchasing prices of food & beverage. 4- Checking the food & beverage invoices. 5- Issuing monthly & yearly inventory for the food & beverage stores, also making the production of the food & beverage in all hotel outlets. 6- Making a spot Inventory for the outlets. 7- Accounting the monthly reports including the reconciliation & J.V. 8- Analyzing the food & beverage sales & cost on monthly basis. 9- Accounting the potential & Actual cost for food & beverage for all outlets. 10- Accounting & reviewing the Recipes and Sub Recipes.
