• Job Details:1- analysis of vendors and sub-contractors in high end finishes items Vendor relationship management , Vendor/Sub- contractor contract negotiations and finalization. 2- Resources & equipments allocation along the project. 3- Price Analysis of items in BOQ of the Project. 4- Preparing all Technical submittals for materials and sub- contractors in the project according to time schedule. 5- Preparing contracts for sub-contractors. 6- make purchase orders and coordinate with purchasing. 7- Preparing all Variation Order in the Project
