Job Details:I went to China to check and received the equipment from supplier, So i returned to Egypt and start complete some equipment from local whorehouse and did all installation as designed, I made start test with supplier technician, Trough one year fine tuning and updated i can increase the productivity by 100 % I arranged the both maintenance and preventive maintenance I gave the operator staff all necessary training for fine operating I arranged a quality control lab. with high test instruments Now the factory was a famous plant in Egypt and international market
