• Job Details:Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators and workers during the shift. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards in all production processes. Monitor production output and ensure that production targets are met. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to production staff. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift. Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to optimize production schedules and processes. Maintain records of production metrics, machine malfunctions, and staff attendance during the shift. Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of machinery equipment and shopfloor. Report to higher management about shift performance, challenges, and areas of improvement. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in production. Apply lean principles in production, with special focus on maintaining flow.

• Job Details:Receiving the raw materials from warehouse. Controlling the processes to achieve the target. Calculate the OEE. Calculate the yields. Training of operators and the workers. Implementation of a yearly project to increase quality and reduce cost of production operation lines. Ensuring the correct operations among the production lines. Training the team on the correct operating methods. Innovate different ways to improve equipment capabilities.
