• Job Details:AOS CSI Operational Metrics: Description: I was working in the field of reports creation and generation while I used automating the manual efforts in refreshing the Excel based report also I have automated the generation of the reports Work Subject: This is considered an environment creation (a reporting environment aligning to ITIL) and our team created a success in this subject managing all the reports while introduced (as suggested by the manager) to move the reports to a new Platform called the QlikView … all this efforts keeping the current reports working, learning QlikView, Migrating the reports to QlikView and Respond to new requests has been done in a period of six months. I was identified as the go to person for Legacy Excel based reports and for new generations as well … but this won’t deny the fact that I was working in QlikView migration as well I have automated 4+ reports and generations while I was in the OM team The Team was decommissioned in October 2014 and we were transferred to Strategy and Planning Team under the Chief of Staff Organization

• Job Details:GF CASS Transition Team: Description: I am working as a service transition lead/lead backup (Service Transition is a layer of the ITIL model for service management) for a pool of more than 10 projects. My technical expertise against the new workload applied me to the next level that had resulted into a promotion to be Level 4 (Expert). Work Subject: Mainly provide the orchestration between those projects and other fields like Change Management, Application Analysis, Transition Planning, S2S Failover Planning and New Documentation. Also, I have been responsible for Design Tasks regarding RfCs. I have created there an automation initiative and I have completed 4 Excel based reporting automations until now and this saves multiple FTEs per Month. And I have been acknowledged as an Automation SME.
