  • Job Details:Key Responsibilities: •Issue the Procurement plan. • Coordinate with the Procurement Manager and the Project Manager for completing the Procurement Schedule. • Work on getting the best quality with the best price within the target dates from the suppliers and get new subcontractors when needed. • Review technical specification, Bill of Quantity and drawings to determine suitable vendors /suppliers and preparation of comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and process of transportation. • Preparation of cost break down analysis for contracted items (target price, Contracting price). • Supervise and monitor issuing the RFQ for Subcontractor/Suppliers for required material. • Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations. Compare between vendors’ offers both technically and financially. • Negotiate with subcontractors technically, to ensure the compliance of the offer with all project requirements as mentioned in the RFQ. • Negotiate with supplier /subcontractor to reach the optimum price with the required specifications. • Follow up on materials approval on the site with consultant. • Make the PO and/or contract with the suppliers/subcontractors. • Follow up on orders placed with suppliers/subcontractors. • Coordinate with the site the on-time delivery. • Keep track of all supplier’s/subcontractor’s performance. • Visit sites, suppliers and factories regularly and when needed.

  • Job Details:Key Responsibilities:  Supervision for all material handling process for storage and to be ready for inspection.  Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works (Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC) at site as per approved Shop drawings.  Coordinate with other trades (Arch, structure and Electrical.) before starting work on site.  Responsible for QC inspection process for both material and related work and make sure all documentation required by consultant to be submitted for material on site before starting mechanical Related work.  Produce Quantity survey for all required material to produce purchase order by procurement Dept.  Managing all sub-contractors and monitoring there works in all trades and produce monthly invoices for mechanical related work.
